Rose Spice

Rose is a real estate agent with grit and resilience. She's experienced, effective, and efficient—which is why she has been able to build such an impressive client base over the years. She is committed to networking and searching to the ends of the earth to find and connect buyers and sellers. Rose is a Houston native who has been involved in real estate for over 20 years. She started when she was still in college, where she earned Cum Laude with a BBA in Finance. In 1999, she began working in the mortgage lending industry, climbing the ranks from Processor to Branch Partner in just a few years where she continues to maintain her RMLO license. In 2016, she started flipping properties and custom building homes building relations with local architects, surveyors, inspectors, city officials and more.
